<p>The plant has helix rotors (1) arranged on a ship in such a manner that rotation axis (5) of the rotors run parallel to a ship longitudinal axis (4). The helix rotors with shafts are supported on masts arranged on a ship body (2) i.e. hard displacement body, made of reinforced concrete, and an equipment (6) e.g. generator, for converting rotational energy into electrical energy form is arranged one of the masts. Dimension of the rotors is smaller than breadth of the ship body. The rotors form rotor columns and rotor series. The hydrogen is produced with the electrical energy obtained from the rotational energy, and is manufactured with the addition of carbon dioxide transportable catalytic synthesized methanol. An independent claim is also included for a method for generating a rotational energy by a wind power plant.</p> |
