A gasket with a bending stage is provided to prevent the sealing performance degradation or the intermediate substrate damage. A gasket with a bending stage comprises an upper and a lower substrate(20a,30a) and an intermediate substrate(10). The intermediate substrate is inserted between the upper and the lower substrates. A first bead(22a) of the upper substrate is upwards protruded. A second bead(32a) of the lower substrate is downwardly protruded. Bending stages(24a,34a) are protruded at the each upper and the lower substrate. The bending stages are protruded to the same direction with bead direction based on the intermediate substrate.
