<p>An RRC connection setting method and an apparatus thereof in a mobile communication system capable of RRC connection setup are provided to improve RRC connection success rate when handover by transmitting RRC connection response. A synchronization information generator(223) produces the synchronization information of one or more neighboring base center and home base station. A message generator(224) produces radio resource control connection setting requests including the synchronization information and channel information. A controller(222) detects one or more neighboring base center according to the radio resource control connection request of the mobile communication terminal. The controller transmits radio resource control connection setting requests to the home base station and one or more neighboring base center.</p> |
