A greening method for ecological restoration of a rock cut slope where acid drainage occurs is provided to stabilize the rock cut slope where acid drainage occurs nature-friendlily by neutralizing acid drainage generated from the rock cut slope. A greening method for ecological restoration of a rock cut slope where acid drainage occurs comprises: a step for setting up a core net(4) or a wire net to attach a functional artificial soil on a rock cut slope(1) where acid drainage occurs; a step for forming a functional artificial soil layer(2) by attaching the functional artificial soil to remove dissolved oxygen from the acid drainage and neutralize the acid drainage; a step for setting up a core net or a wire net to attach a vegetative base material layer smoothly on the functional artificial soil layer formed in the rock cut slope; and a step for attaching the vegetative base material layer on the functional artificial soil layer.
