A pavement method for a horizontal drainage layer and a banking layer of soft ground using a foldable conveyor belt is provided to improve the efficiency of operation processes and strengthen the supporting force of the soft ground. A pavement method for a horizontal drainage layer and a banking layer of soft ground using a foldable conveyor belt comprises: a step for setting a paving equipment(110) having a foldable conveyor belt(128) on the home position; a step for paving a first mat layer(103) to strengthen load bearing power in the surface of soft ground(102) including foreshore; a step for forming a horizontal drainage layer(104) made of sand, gravel, and rubble by using the paving equipment having the foldable conveyer belt; a step for paving a second mat layer(105) on the horizontal drainage layer; and a step for paving successively laminating and paving a first banking layer(106), a second banking layer(107), and a third banking layer(108). |
