<p>A semiconductor device is provided to reduce a large area of a circuit unit by aligning a first pad and a second pad. In a semiconductor device, a first pads(P1) and a second pad(P2) arranged along a first direction are included. The length(L1) of the first pads parallel to the first direction is longer than the lengths of the second pad(L2) parallel to the first direction. The length of the first pad perpendicular to the first directions is identical to the lengths of the second pads of the second direction really. The first pad comprises a wire-bonding region(4) and a probe area(5), and the first pad and the second pads are a rectangular.</p> |
