A system and a method for icing/deicing by the supersonic radiation and an aircraft including the same are provided to reduce the energy consumption at a deicing mode using the ultrasonic wave to the warped surface of the ice coating structure. A system for icing/deicing comprises a scanning member. The scanning member scans a matrix(16) of one or more basic meshes(i,j). The basic mesh is arranged in the warped surface(2) related to the regular arrangement of a converter group. The scanning member by turns focuses the ultrasonic wave radiated by the converter group on the mesh. The concentration of the ultrasonic wave is operated by a signal cumulating member. The signal accumulating member is connected to the scanning member. The signal cumulative member produces the total amount of the signal obtained from the converter.
