A portable communication inspection apparatus and a communication inspection method for communication inspection between a wall mount and TV according to a communication condition are provided to find a problem about devices of wall mount and TV through a display unit. A first terminal(22) is connected to TV. A RS-232C IC(21) is connected to the first terminal. The RS-232C IC has a transceiver end(24), a receiver end and a ground end. A micom(20) is connected to the RS-232C IC. A display unit is connected to the micom. The display unit includes first and fourth displays. One end of a second terminal is connected to micom. The other end of the second terminal is connected to the wall mount.
