<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna system capable of relaxing or avoiding interference caused by resonant points of antennas even when a plurality of coil antennas are adjacently disposed, and to provide a transmission/reception apparatus provided with the antenna system. <P>SOLUTION: The antenna system is provided with: a coil antenna 3; a capacitor 4 connected to the coil antenna 3 and comprising a resonance circuit together with the coil antenna 3; and an intermittent switch 5 for changing a resonant state of the resonance circuit.
