PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expanded urethane reaction injection molded product which is a highly expanded foam prepared by using a carbamate foaming agent and has a greatly improved surface wear resistance. SOLUTION: An expanded urethane reaction injection molded product is prepared by reaction injection molding of an expanded urethane material which contains a polyol component, a polyisocyanate component and a carbamate (amine carbonate) foaming agent using a catalyst system wherein a tertiary amine catalyst is combined with an organic tin catalyst. Here, the amount of the organic tin catalyst is 0.001 to 0.01 pt.wt. against 100 pts.wt. polyol component. |
