A method for manufacturing a non-toxic planting agent using a natural material is provided to prevent the generation of pathogenic bacteria and harmful insect and prevent strong plant. A method for manufacturing a non-toxic planting using a natural material comprises: a step of pulverizing seeds of plant having sterilizing activity; a step of steaming seeds to extract; a step of maturing seed extract in a barrel having charcoal; a step of collecting suspension; a step of mixing the extract with nano sulfur solution and nano silicon solution and adding mineral, humic acid and chitosan; a step of adding vitamin; and a step of adding pyrenthrum flower and neem oil and stirring to produce non-toxic plant.
