A flower carpet for a vehicle and a molding method thereof are provided to improve the noise absorbing performance and to reduce the manufacturing cost and the weight. A flower carpet for a vehicle comprises a sound-absorbing material and a carpet cloth(14). The sound-absorbing material includes a low melting point fiber. The carpet cloth is adhered to the surface of the sound-absorbing material. The carpet cloth is made of a file(10), a first foamed fiber(11), and a latex(12). The preheated low melting point fiber flows in inside the carpet cloth to be molded and welded. The low melting point fiber is made of mixture contacting at least one among PET, PP or PA. The sound-absorbing material is a double face felt made by mingling the low melting point fiber 20-40 weight% of 3-20 denier, and the regular fiber 60-80 weight% of 3-20 denier. The density per the unit weight of the sound-absorbing material is the 500-2,000g per square meter. |
