A water-permeable loess block and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve permeability and increase the rigidity of products. A water-permeable loess block(2) comprises a base layer section, and a surface layer section. The base layer section(10) has air gaps by mixing cement, crushed coarse aggregate(40) and loess(30). The surface layer section(20) is formed at one side of the base layer section and has air gaps by mixing white cement, pigment, dolomite mill coat(50) and the loess. A manufacturing method of the water-permeable loess block comprises: a step for injecting mixture into a mold of a vibration pressing molding device and pressure-molding the base layer section; and a step of secondly pressure-molding the surface layer section with vibration. |
