A plasma display apparatus is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by removing the sustain electrode from the plasma display panel. The plasma display apparatus comprises the plasma display panel(100), and the first driving part(200) and the second driver part(300). The plasma display panel has the front side substrate and back side substrate. The front side substrate has the first electrode(Y1 to Yn). The back side substrate has the second electrode(X1 to Xm) intersecting with the first electrode. The first driving part supplies the upward pulse and downward pulse to the first electrode for the reset period. The first electrode supplies the scan pulse to the first driving part for the address period. The second driver part Supplies the reset bias pulse to the second electrode for the supply of the reset downward pulse. The second driver part supplies data pulse to the second electrode, corresponding to the scan pulse. |
