A welding mask and face guard in one is provided, which can be used as a face guard using transparent window and can be used as a welding mask using safety glasses. A welding mask and face guard in one comprises: a head cover unit(10) which is equipped with a head cover part(11) hiding the forehead part and a mask joint in which a mask unit(20) is combined at the bottom of the head cover part; a face mask member(21) that is formed in the size covering the whole face; a perspective frame(23) which is protruded to have the viewing opening(22) at the face mask member; a face mask equipped with a transparent window fitting groove and a safety glasses fitting groove; and a head wearing member(30) for wearing on the head.
