A construction coupling a joint part of a transfer piping line escorting the concrete mortar and a transfer piping line installation method using the same are provided to have the reinforcing work by making coupling reinforcement structure simple. A rotary motion unit and a fixing unit are formed at the both ends of the semicircle member. A fixing groove is formed at the one side of the semicircle member. An anchoring bolt(26b) having a fixing nut(26c) is formed at the other side of the semicircle member. A base plate(42) having a base aperture(42a) is formed on the upper side of the two semicircle members into one body. The inner circumference of the semicircle member is even. A fastening bolt(30) is inserted into the base aperture.
