A heat exchanger is provided to obtain a usable side support even if the height of the heat exchanger is changed by separating a side support for supporting a tube and heat radiation pins into the upper part and lower part and forming symmetrically two supports. A heat exchanger comprises a plurality of tubes, a heat radiation fin, the top and lower header tanks(15,16), the top and lower part end caps. The side support comprises the upper support member(21) and lower side support member(22). The upper end of the upper support member is connected to the upper end cap. The lower end of the upper support member forms an upper length adjusting piece(21a).
