A transportable asphalt mixing plant is provided to install the plant at a work site and load it on a vehicle after completion of the work with ease, thereby reducing the cost and time for installation and dismantlement. A transportable asphalt mixing plant comprises an asphalt mixing plant(100) consisting of a screen portion, a storage portion, a measurement portion, and a mixer portion which are combined at the right angle between four main frames(110) and loaded on a trailer(200), a hinge(220) in which the main frame and the trailer are combined so that the main frame can rotate freely around one lower end, and a joint(160) which is equipped on the other lower end of the main frame in order to connect a tractor.
