A box-type assembly structure of a cowl part and front pillar part is provided to reduce the logistic cost of a cowl complete panel by maintaining a box type coupling structure and post-mounting the cowl complete panel. A box-type assembly structure of a cowl part and front pillar part comprises a cowl inner lower panel(122), a cowl top reinforcement(124), a front pillar outer reinforcement(116), a front pillar inner lower panel(114) and a cowl side upper inner panel(128). The cowl inner lower panel comprises a horizontal portion and a bent portion. The cowl top reinforcement is equipped in the front of the cowl inner lower panel. The front pillar outer reinforcement is equipped at the outdoor side of the cowl inner lower panel. In the front pillar inner lower panel, one end is welded to the bent portion and the other end part is connected to the front pillar outer reinforcement. In the cowl side upper inner panel, one end is connected to the bent portion and the other end is extended to the front side. The bent portion comprises the first bent portion and the second bent portion. The first bent portion is connected to the horizontal part and is bent toward the front side. The second bent portion is connected to the first bent portion and is bent outside.
