A differential mounting device is provided to prevent the irregular low-frequency vibration and the exaggeration displacement by the quick start high torque condition by increasing the coefficient of elasticity in the low speed driving. A differential mounting device comprises a mount(100), a solenoid valve(200) and a negative pressure generator(400). The mount includes an inner ring(110) an outer ring(120), and an insulator(130) fixed to the inner circumference of outer ring. The inner ring is fixed to a differential and the outer ring is to a cross member which is the car body. The outer ring has a vent(121) of the predetermined diameter. A bellows(141) is located at the inner circumference of outer ring, while accommodating the vent. A support(140) made of steel is fixed at the end of the bellows. The support is supported in the inner circumference of the outer ring through an elastic member(150) positioned in the bellows. The solenoid valve supplies the negative pressure to the vent of the mount through the duct.
