A display device and an electronic equipment are provided to reduce the interference between resin layers by making the protection film be thin and decreasing the reflection index of the thin film. A display region(20) has an resonator structure that resonates a generated light, and a thin film(17) is formed to cover a display region. A resin layer(18) is formed on a protective film, and a sealing layer(19) is attached through the resin layer. The protective layer is made of a single silicon nitride, and has a reflection index of 1.65 to 1,75 in a 450nm wavelength. |
