A method for recovering heat quantity of benzene recovery unit is provided to reduce energy cost in plants by utilizing heat quantity which is forcibly cooled in a benzene recovery unit in other facilities within a plant. A method for recovering heat quantity of benzene recovery unit comprises the steps of: performing heat exchange of distillation column upper product and medium of the benzene recovery unit; and performing heat exchange of the heat-exchanged medium and distillation column upper product of a naphtha cracking plant. The medium is water or organic solvent.
