Irigation block - layer-like stoma belt, has a standard wide multiwall strip element of the belt (1) and (2) which surrounds the waist of the patient and its ends overlap each other and are coupled by means of hook-and-loop fasteners (3) or alike. In the internal end of the strap of the belt there is positioned a hollow layer-like base (4) which consists of several transparent foil layers, and through a slot on the belt it is attached around the stoma opening. Thereto continued by attaching is an artificial leak tight hose (5) and it passes through the band of the belt. Such an assembly enables physiological function of the patient. And if, e.g., a just set clean artificial hose and a soft catheter (6) which through a hollow layer-like base enters into the stoma opening, are raised up and filled with water and the same one is emptied into the stoma opening, and thereupon the artificial hose is lowered down, carrying therewith irrigation. Hence, soft catheter (6) is two-way passable for the content, and it has a clip (7), by means of which it is possible, if needed, to block temporary the physiological function of the patient. Hence, with the herewith mentioned irrigator block - layer-like stoma belt, in a complex way are solved several issues of the patient " user and in such a way a standard stoma therapeutical application is upgraded.
