A suspension structure of a road sign is provided to reduce manufacturing cost by having simple structure and improve workability by easily assembling and disassembling in suspension work. A suspension structure of a road sign comprises a suspension bar of a post, a road sign and a suspension member(30). The suspension member is interposed between the suspension bar and the road sign and suspends the road sign on the suspension bar. On the top end of the road sign, a pair of suspension hangers having a through hole is formed at constant intervals. The suspension member comprises a bottom suspension unit and a top suspension unit. The bottom suspension unit(34) passes through the through hole of the suspension hanger and is fixed to a central part(32) of the suspension member with a fastener(40). The top suspension unit(36) surrounds the suspension bar and is fixed to the central part of the suspension member with a fastener(42).
