An ester-based plasticizer compound for PVC resin is provided to produce a PVC resin product with excellent sheet hardness, heat resistance, tensile strength and elongation, and not to contain endocrine disrupting chemical by not using phthalic acid or phthalic anhydride. A method for preparing an ester-based plasticizer compound for a PVC resin having a chemical structure represented by chemical formula 1 comprises the steps of: mixing (a) a compound mixed with 1,6-hexanediol and at least two kinds of monocarboxylic acid compounds in a molar ratio of 1 : 1.5 ~ 2.5, (b) tetra-isopropyl titanate, and (c) entrainment material, and esterifying the mixture at 180~240 °C for 2~8 hours; after esterification, removing the unreacted acid under reduced pressure, adding a neutralizing agent to neutralize excessive acids; and washing, passing through dehydration and decolorization, and filtering the product by using an absorber. |
