Nutrients-enriched cabbages and radishes and a method for forcibly injecting nutrients into them are provided to prepare nutrient-rich Kimchi. A method for forcibly injecting nutrients into cabbages and radishes comprises the following steps of: removing impurities adhering to cabbages and radishes and washing them(1); selecting one or more nutrient components and diluting in water(2); preparing a high pressure injector with the diluted nutrient components therein and forcibly injecting them into the cut root part of the cabbage and the root body of the radishes(3); and packaging the nutrient-enriched cabbage and radishes(4). The nutrients contains 0.01-0.1% of chitin with water. The nutrient component is selected from the group consisting of chitin, chitosan, chitin calcium, iron, garlic juice, vitamins, glucosamine, mushroom extract, mugwort juice, capsaicin, herbal extract and cuttlefish ink. |
