An apparatus for routing a high-speed signal is disclosed, having a signal router and a plurality of projections extending therefrom. The projections are separated from each other by a distance between about 0.25 and 0.125 of lambdago, wherein lambdago is a guide wavelength at cut-off frequency of the first signal transmitting element.
