A chair and desk set with a desk lamp is provided to turn on and off a desk lamp automatically according to the sitting of the user by including a user sensing unit. A chair and desk set includes a user sensing unit(100) and a control unit(200). A user sensing unit is arranged in a seat(10) to sense a user. The user sensing unit includes a sensor(110) and a seating transmission unit(120). The sensor is arranged in the seat space. A seating switch of the sensor is switched by the load of the user. The seating transmission unit transmits the sensing signal of the sensor by wireless. The control unit is arranged in a desk lamp(30) to control the on/off the desk lamp according to the signal of the user sensing unit.
