Stoma valve system II has a main or a central valve with a housing (1), which has an elastic and an adhesive base (2) which is attached to the abdominal wall of the patient (9). The housing of the main valve (1) has, in its bottom part, tubules " outlets (3) and (4), of these the drain one (4) has a conical irreversible valve and is connected with a feeding assembly of the artificial hoses (8) and (11) which through the abdominal wall (9) and the feeding opening of the double stoma (10) enters into the abdomen of the patient and continues onto the feeding direction of the natural physiological system. Draining tubule (3) continues onto the drain assembly of artificial hose (8) and (12) which through the outlet openings of a double stoma drain opening (10) enters the abdomen and is connected onto the natural physiological outlet from the body of the patient. The main valve in its housing (1) has also a working piston (5) loaded with a spring (6) and the same one regulates the flow of the physiological content, and by a multithread cover (7), working pressure is adjusted, depending on the situation and the need. The purpose of the stoma valve system II is to complement to technically and surgically corrected and incomplete human physiological systems and enable its natural function as a permanent system functioning by itself, and has no consumable material, which requires regular replacing. Stoma valve system II can be, depending on the different and unusual situations by means of the threaded cover (7) of the main valve (1), adjusted and therewith it improves both safety and relief of the patient user.
