Invention herewith described is plasma reactor for desulphurization and denitrification of flue gas using direct and indirect methods of indirect methods combined in one device in the purpose of fertilizer production, the cross section of which is given in Figure 1 is based on dielectric barrier discharge and the electrode construction is achieved so that one device combines both direct and indirect method of treating the flue gas. The process of direct treatment is carried with flue gas (16), conditioned and moved in a chamber (1) with ammonium (17), in a space (14) between electrodes wherein it is exposed to the effect of barrier discharge. At the same time the indirect treatment of the flue gas in a chamber (7) is prepared and enriched with ozone air stream (or oxygen) by being exposed to a parallel barrier discharge in a space (15) between electrodes. Inside the chamber (7) mixing of directly treated flue gas and the auxiliary air stream (or oxygen) enriched with ozone and which creates aerosols, ammonium sulfate particles and ammonium nitrate is carried out, being later on separated at the collector electrodes of electro filter and form a fertilizer.
