Supporting construction of a new electromotor vehicle of unusual design have a DC electromotor (1) built-in the floor, while two accumulators (2) each of 12 V and 36 A, move the motor. Motor is directly connected to a gearbox (3) and this by means of couplings (4) over the half-shaft (5) turn the driving wheels (6). Electromotor vehicle is equipped with electronic device (7) which has the following features; by a handle (8) the invention in the subject directs the vehicle straightforward, left i.e. right, turns the vehicle around its axis, and regulates delicately its speed from zero to maximum. Due to the parallely built-in wheels one opposite from other, the vehicle would not be balanced nor secured due to the stabilizer. Turning the half-shaft (5) whereto firmly fixed is a chain drive (10), which moves the motion to a Galle chain (11) and which transfers motion onto the chain drive (12) which moves circular round motion to a curve (13) wherein there is a ball bearing (14) whereto is fixed one arm of a double lever (16) over the middle support (17) connected in the floor of the rear part of the vehicle. Turning the curve (13) over the ball bearing (14) enables that the motion of the double lever (16) is carried up-down, thus keeping the balance of the vehicle.
