A shared service system for providing access information per a product in an online shopping mall and an operating method thereof are provided to comprehensively supply inquiry click information of a purchaser about a selling product registered in a shopping mall by a comprehensively, thereby obtaining information of various formats without depending on an expert. A product information database server(100) stores information about an individual product of a seller. A product image database server(200) stores information about a product image. A web application server(300) registers the product information stored in the database server to each online shopping mall site. If a purchasing client inquires the registered product information, the web application server collects corresponding click information. The web application server analyzes the collected click information as statistical information by time series. The web application server visually indicates the statistical information in a web page. |
