A method of transmitting interference information signal in wireless communication system is provided to effectively control cell interference. A serving base station receives the neighboring sounding signal from the adjacent cell mobile station(MS)(S110). The serving base station obtains the interference information signal using the neighboring sounding signal(S120). The serving base station transmits the interference information signal to the neighboring base center(S130).
