An air-conditioning system for cooling and heating is provided to quickly remove the difference of refrigerant generated between high-pressure refrigerant line and low-pressure refrigerant line. An air-conditioning system for cooling and heating comprises a flow control valve device (12) and a connecting means (40). The flow control valve device converts the flow of refrigerant to cooling mode refrigerant line (10b) during cooling mode and also converts the flow of refrigerant to heating mode refrigerant line (10c) during the cooling mode.
