A chair with a foldable seat back is provided, which is folded in use and enables a user to have a sleep or to take a rest by forming a space. A chair with a foldable seat back comprises: a seat back(1) which is formed to be divided into the front and rear; a first hinge fixing unit which is installed at the upper end of the seat back while fixing the divided seat back by a hinge; a seat plate(2) in which the bottom of the front seat back is fixed by a hinge so that the seat back can be pulled back; a fixation leg(3) which is installed at the bottom of the front seat back and is fixed between the front seat back and rearward seat back; an armrest(4) fixed to side of the rearward seat back; and a fixture which is installed to be fixed to the bottom of the armrest.
