A corner reinforcement member of a structure, a manufacturing method thereof and a construction method thereof are provided to extend a machine installation space and obtain a ventilation hole in a structure, a pipe, and a path of electric cables. A corner reinforcement member of a structure comprises: an upper and lower connection part(11) connected to a horizontal member of the structure; a side connection part(12) connected to a vertical member of the structure; a declined part(13) connecting the upper and lower connection part and the end of the side connection part to be inclined; a basic reinforcement member(10) having fixed thickness and having an even front side and an even rear side; and a projecting reinforcement member(20) being projected on the declined part, the even front side and the rear side of the basic reinforcement member.
