A lower body muscle strengthening auxiliary tool of the sports footwear is provided, which enables to exercise regardless of a place and can control strength and weakness of exercise. A lower body muscle strengthening auxiliary tool of the sports footwear comprises: an elastic rope engaging hook(11) installed at the inner side of the sports footwear; an elastic rope(12) which is fixed on the elastic rope engaging hook to have the length which is shorter than the walk width of a man; a ring(13) installed at the central part of the elastic rope; a rope(14) which is inserted in the ring and supports the elastic rope; a tong(15) which is installed to be fixed to the selected place of the trousers(16); a tie part which is formed from the elastic rope engaging hook so that attachment/detachment can be facilitated; a hanger loop which is installed so that attachment/detachment can be facilitated from the elastic rope engaging hook; and a fixing member which is installed in the medium of the ring installed at the central part of the elastic rope. |
