METHOD FOR RESOLVING COLLISION OF UNLINK SIGNAL

A method for resolving collision of unlink signal is provided to perform efficient data transmitting in case a different data transmission process is performed concurrently. A terminal transmits the RA-preamble to a base station(S1010). The base station transmits the RA-response to the terminal(S1020). The base station is unable to be recognized clearly the terminal performing the random access process and another uplink scheduling command is transmitted to the terminal(S1030). The terminal ignores the uplink scheduling command which is received after transmitting the RA-preamble(S1040). The terminal performs a transmission of the RA-PUSCH using the resource allocation information(S1050).
