A waste discharge valve of a vacuum transfer waste collection system is provided to suppress optional opening waste discharge valve even when the actuating unit of the waste discharge valve is unable to operate. A waste discharge valve(30) of a vacuum transfer waste collection system comprises an air cylinder(43), first and second link plates(402,401), and a damper arm(301). The first link plate is connected to one end of the rod of the air cylinder. The damper arm opens and closes a discharge valve. The second link plate is connected to move between the first link plate and the damper arm. A chute(20) of the waste collection system has an air line(201) which is composed of a top air inlet, a middle air outlet and a bottom air outlet and opened/closed by the waste discharge valve.
