A portable device is provided to easily exchange a mobile phone by offering a separating portable device. A central processing unit(CPU) communicates with an external device, and all kinds of the devices are controlled. A storage unit is equipped with an operating system(OS), and an user interface. A radio processor changes the radio signal received in the antenna mounted on a card into the digital signal. A modem unit converts the digital signal into the voice. A memory unit stores data.
