A novel bifidobacterium longum A031 which is derived from Korean, which provides bacteriocin is provided to ensure productivity of bacteriocin having antibacterial activity against Listeria monocytogenes and use in food or medicinal and pharmaceutical produce for preventing food poisoning. A Bifidobacterium longum AL031(KFCC11390P) which is derived from human body has productivity of bacteriocin. A method for isolating Bifidobacterium longum A031 (KFCC11390P) comprises: a step of putting gaspack in a anaerobic culture jar, removing inner air of the culture jar and substituting mixture gas of 10% of CO2, 5% of H2 and N2; a step of culturing culture medium in which human derivative is smeared at 37°C to form colony; and a step of isolating strain from the colony and maintaining at -80°C using 50% glycerol.
