The complement has a continuous and sealed transparent film for providing resistance against climatological aggression and for filtering radiation that attacks materials forming a blind canvas. The film is fixed to the blind canvas through the top or bottom by an adapted unit in a definitive or temporary manner. The film is made of acrylic resin, fluorinated resin e.g. polyvinylidene fluoride, or polyester.
