(I) wherein Q1 and Q2 independently represent a bivalent heterocyclic group which may have a substituent; R1 and R2 independently represent a direct bond or a bivalent hydrocarbon group; X represents a nitrogen atom or a phosphorus atom; and R3 represents a univalent organic group having an atom selected from a nitrogen atom, an oxygen atom, a phosphorus atom and a sulfur atom, a hydrogen atom, or a hydrocarbon group.</p> |
