An anodic oxide film is formed. The antimicrobial film is formed. Various colors are formed and dried. An anodic oxide film is performed in order to maintain metal luster of magnesium material(13). The anodic oxide film is formed by coating a transparent oxide film on the surface of magnesium material. The anodic oxide film is made of phosphorus oxychloride, oxide and electrolyte(12). The phosphate compound comprises two or more alkali metals. The oxide comprises peroxide and aluminium ion. The aluminium ion is added for the elaborate growth of the oxide film. The electrolyte uses the organic solvent including hydroxyl group as additive.
