A robot teaching guide scale is provided to improve the external appearance of a bead and improve welding strength by setting up a welding angle as 1/2 angle of the base material direction. A robot teaching guide scale enables a user to measure the torch angle of a welding robot freely. The welding angle of the robot-teaching guide scale is 1/2 angle in the direction of the base material. Since the robot-teaching guide scale is welded at 1/2 angle to the direction of the base material, the external appearance of a bead and the welding strength is improved. The manufacturing method of the robot-teaching guide scale comprises following steps. First and third plates(1,3) fit to the direction of the base material to be welded. A second plate(2) is arranged in the torch direction and is set up as 1/2 of the angle of the first and the third plates. Welding is performed.
