Disclosed is a detergent composition having good storage stability and excellent foaming power, while achieving excellent feeling of use. A cationic polymer can be easily blended in this detergent composition at a high concentration. Specifically disclosed is a detergent composition containing the components (A), (B) and (C) described below, wherein the component (A) content is 5-40% by weight and the weight ratio between the component (B) and the component (C), namely (B)/(C) is 0.5-2.5. (A) one or more polymers selected from the group consisting of cationic polymers and amphoteric polymers (B) a compound represented by the following general formula (1): R1O-(AO)n-R2 (1) (In the formula, R1 represents a straight or branched chain alkyl or alkenyl group having 8-10 carbon atoms; AO represents an alkyleneoxy group having 2-4 carbon atoms; the average added mole number n represents a number of 0.5-4; and R2 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group.) (C) one or more surfactants selected from the group consisting of amphoteric surfactants and cationic surfactants. |
