摘要 A hydraulic circuit for potential energy recovery of a hydraulic cylinder is provided to save energy and improve efficiency by driving the hydraulic cylinder using the rotation energy stored in the first and the second flywheel and the hydraulic energy stored in the accumulator after the initial driving of the electric motor. A hydraulic circuit for potential energy recovery of a hydraulic cylinder comprises a constant pressure source(100), an accumulator(200), a hydraulic transformer(300), flow rate/oil pressure sensors(400,500), a position sensor(600), an A/D converter(700), a displacement controller(800), and a computer(900). The constant pressure source provides flow of fixed pressure using a variable-capacitance pump/motor(130). The accumulator is connected to the constant pressure source, absorbs pulsation and keeps the flow. The hydraulic transformer moves a hydraulic cylinder(10) up and down according to the rotation of a third variable-capacitance pump/motor(320). The flow rate/pressure sensor measures the flow rate and pressure of the flow discharged through the hydraulic transformer. The position sensor measures the location of the hydraulic cylinder. The A/D converter is connected to the flow rate/pressure sensor and the position sensor to process the signals. The displacement controller controls the volume of the hydraulic transformer. The computer controls the displacement controller according to the signal which is input to the A/D converter.
