A multi port semiconductor memory device, a multi processor system using the same, and a driving method of a multi port semiconductor memory device are provided to reduce the number of memory chips by performing a plurality of processors by one memory device. At least three port units(60,61,62) are connected to processors. A shared memory region(11) is accessed by the processors through the port units. The shared memory region is allocated into a memory capacity unit set in a part of a memory cell array. A data pass control unit(35) controls a data pass between the shared memory region and the port units in order to perform data transmission/reception between the processor through the shared memory region. |
