An energy-saving type heat exchanger is provided to prevent the noise by the air flowing and to increase the effectiveness of the heat exchange action by focusing the outside air to the tube consisting of the heat exchanger. An energy-saving type heat exchanger comprises a tube(2). The tube comprises an air inlet, an air outlet, and a heat radiation fin block. The heat radiation fin block is made of heat radiation fins(6). The heat radiation fin has a path(7) to elevate the air while circulating. An air guide hole(1) is formed at the path. The air guide outlet has a shut tightly top and an opened path to the tube site in order to focusing the air to the tube site. |
