发明名称 ZIRCONIUM ALLOYS COMPOSITIONS HAVING EXCELLENT RESISTANCE AGAINST HYDROGEN EMBRITTLEMENT AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
摘要 A zirconium alloy composition having excellent resistance against hydrogen embrittlement and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve hydrogen absorption resistivity inside the zirconium metal by controlling the content of the tin into low concentration. A manufacturing method of a zirconium alloy composition having excellent resistance against hydrogen embrittlement comprises following steps. The mixture of the zirconium alloy composition is dissolved and ingot is manufactured. The manufactured ingot is heat-treated at 1000~1100°C in beta area. The heat-treated ingot is preheated at 600~700°C for 10~30 minutes and is rolled at the reduction rate of 60~80%. The rolled material is cool-rolled at 580~600°C for 10~30 minutes at the reduction rate of 45~55% and is firstly middle-heated at 570~590°C for 1.5~2.5 hours. The first middle-rolled material is cool-rolled at the reduction rate of 40~50% and is secondly middle-heated at 570~590°C for 1.5~2.5 hours. The manufactured zirconium alloy composition is cool-rolled at the reduction rate of 45~55% and is final-heated at 450~490°C for 2~4 hours.
